I ordered from this business, on June, 22, 2022, they haven't sent nothing ! No receipts, no sir we cancelled ur order, on nothing@ can I please have my One Hundred, Eighty dollars back

I have NEVER contact this company in my life I have NEVER order checks, I have NEVER received any checks because I NEVER order the "imaginary" checks. Now I'm receiving several calls and letters because they are saying I have to pay $189. For something that I have never order and I have never received. This is a scam.

This company is horrible. They canceled my order two days after it was suppose to come.they wasted two weeks of my time and that's with me paying express fees.please don't use this company you'll regret it.

This has been the absolute worst experience with customer service I have ever had. I ordered my checks months ago, payed an extra charge to have them sent even sooner than they were expected (so they should have arrived in two business days) and they STILL have not arrived.

I tried calling the company and they don't let you get a hold of a customer service representative! I have tried emailing through their website and they keep on saying there is an "error" and that the message can't be sent (this has happened every single time I have tried sending a message).

I am appalled at the terrible service of Deluxe. And at this point, I believe they are a complete scam. They stole my money, never gave me my checks, and they won't let me get a hold of anyone to see where my checks are or to request a refund.

I cannot stress enough how awful Deluxe is. Truly terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I joined lending club and opened a checking account. Deluxe supposedly shipped a batch of checks to me, but they have not arrived, even two weeks after the estimated delivery date. They did not provide a shipping tracking number, so I am unable to check on the shipping status.

They charged me 3 times for the same order. Told me to ignore invoices from now on. But invoices say it will go into collections if I don’t pay within 30 days. I paid twice and called said I’d receive an email to file a claim and I haven’t gotten anything. What a scam. Never doing business with them again.

Ordered checks over three months ago, received no tracking information, and have not received the checks. Deluxe has not responded to any of my inquiries. My bank has a contract with them, so I'm going to switch to a bank that uses a different company -- I've been wasting money buying counter checks for the last three months to pay my rent and utilities.

I ordered a checks and was charged twice for the same order. The explination from cusomer service was that the company's policy is to charge twice as in hotel industry, ones as an autorization fee and a second time as a booking fee (payment for order), and later the autirization fee will be refunded. When will it be later???? And by the way, printing and hotel business are too different! In hotel industry you already live in a hotel, and they take some amount for security reasons. For what reasons did the printing company take double the amount from you? I'm afraid that if every online service charges you twice, how will you feel ? Will you satisfited enough? if you order a new fridge online or items on Amazon, and they will charge you double for authorization reasons only and refund you in a week maybe, what will you feel ? And how is that leagal ?!!!! What particular law gives you the right to charge twice from the customer if you are not in the hotel industry????

never will i use this company again. was on hold for more than 30 min. paid for overnight shipping. never received my item.
